Need help with a ticket, an order, or the DayOf Crew staff app? We're here to help. This page explains how to reach us and where to find answers to the most common questions.
1. Contact support
The fastest way to reach us is by email. Send your question to support@dayof.ai and a member of the DayOf, Inc. team will help you out.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- Your name and the email or phone number on your account.
- The event, order number, or ticket you need help with, if applicable.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- Screenshots or any error messages, if you have them.

2. Response times
We aim to respond to support requests within 1–2 business days. Time-sensitive issues on the day of an event — such as entry or scanning problems — are prioritized, so please include the event date and venue in your message.
3. Tickets, orders, and receipts
If you purchased tickets through a DayOf-powered checkout:
- Your receipt and tickets are delivered to the email and phone number used at checkout. Check your inbox and spam folder for your order confirmation.
- Refunds, exchanges, and event-specific questions are handled together with the event organizer or venue. Email us and we'll route your request to the right place.
- If you can't find your tickets or need to update your contact details, contact support with your order number and we'll help.
4. DayOf Crew (staff app)
DayOf Crew is our iPhone app for authorized event staff. Common help topics:
- Signing in: Staff sign in with their phone number and a one-time SMS code, or with the email invitation sent by their organization. If you didn't receive an invite, ask your organization administrator to re-send it.
- Scanning: The app needs camera access to scan ticket QR codes. If scanning isn't working, make sure camera permission is enabled for DayOf Crew in your device settings.
- Offline use: Scanning keeps working without a connection; your device syncs automatically once it is back online.
- Access to an event: Event and venue access is managed by your organization. If you can't see your event, contact your organization administrator.
5. Account and data
You can request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time. DayOf Crew users can start account deletion from the app's account screen; you can also email support@dayof.ai with "Account Deletion" or "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
