FAQ

General Questions

How do I get my card? You'll receive a digital card via text and email immediately after purchase. Pick up your physical card at the Maniac booth at Harpoon Harry's when you arrive. Bring your order confirmation and ID.

What if I lose my card? Physical cards can be replaced at the Maniac booth for $20. Your digital card remains accessible in your email/texts.

Can I upgrade my tier later? Yes! Contact help@maniac.cards to upgrade. You'll pay the price difference between your current tier and the new tier.

What if my phone dies and I only have the digital card? This is why we strongly recommend picking up the physical card. Digital-only access won't work if your phone is dead or damaged.

Do I need to pick a specific week when I buy? Yes. Your card is valid for the specific week you select at checkout. Choose carefully—no week changes after purchase.

Refund & Cancellation

All sales are final. Maniac cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cards must match the name on your ID.

Technical Issues

I didn't receive my digital card. What do I do? Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, email help@maniac.cards with your order number.

The digital card link isn't working. Help? Screenshot the QR code or card image when you first receive it. You can also visit the Maniac booth to verify your purchase and get your physical card early.
